demise and uersonal effects of every ki~d and nature, to my mother, Hary
F. Oavis. In the event my mother, Mar-y F. Oavis has predeceased me, I
devise serch real estate to said Eteanor Kaveny 0'Meara, my sister. In
the event either Mary F. Davis or Eteanor Kaveny Q'Meara has p~edeceased
m~, I devise such real estate to said Elaine D. Ward.
