4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent has been a resident thereof since 1914.
_ S. Ethel P. Kicliter and Harry J. Kicliter, Jr., whose
addresses are as set forth above, are entitled to preference in
appointment as personal representatives because they are nominated
as such under decedent's last will and testament. .
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this i
estate are: real and personal property of the approximate value
of $200,000.00. ,
' 7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated May 19,
1976 and a codicil thereto dated May 28, 1976, accompany this
petition.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted
to probate and that they be appointed personal representatives of
the estate of the decedent. ;
Under penalty of perjury we declare that we have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of our know- '
ledge and belief.
