~ I, VIDA B. PETERSON,~a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make
this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling
a21 others by me heretofore made.
ITEM ONE
I further direct that all my debts which are legal
obligations of my estate, and the expenses of my last illness
and funeral, shall be paid as soon as possible after my death
by my Personal Representatives, hereinafter named and
appointed.
ITEM TWO
Unto my daughter, ETHEL P. KICLITER, I give, devise
and bequeath the following:
(A) The sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00).
(B) All my right, title and interest in real property
situate in St. Zucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, BloCk 2, of KILLER AND DEMMER'S ~
SUBDIVISION, as per plat Book 2, page 10, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records
together with any and all other real property situate in said
County and State the title to which is held jointly by the said ~
Ethel P. Kicliter and myself by reason of our inheritance from
my late husband, Walter Peterson. }
