ITEM THREE
I give, devise and bequeath my residence situate at
2007 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, the same being
legally described as follows: '
Lots 1, 2 and~3, Block 1 and Lots 1 and 4, Block 4,
FABER'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 2, page 6, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, together with my interest in the
vacated alley between said lots in Block 1 and
Lot ~ of Block 4.
unto my grandson, HARRY JAMES KICLITER, JR. This devise and
bequest also comprehends all my right, title and interest in the
household furniture, equipment and furnishings at my said
residence, together with my books, pictures, bric-a-brac and
other articles of personal use, pleasure or consumption related
to said residence, subject, however, to the right of Ethel P.
Kicliter to select and have as her own such of the personal
property having a sentimental attraction to her as she may
desire.
ITEM FOUR
I further give and devise unto my grandson, HARRY JAMES
KICLITER, JR., my citrus property in St. Lucie County, being ~
land legally described as:
The East 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of
Section 19; and SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 and
Three-quarter acre tract as in Deed Book 93, page
39 in the SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 in Section 20,
all in Township 35 South, Range 40 East, Less
canal rights of way.
