ITEM FIVE
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) to FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, being situate at Orange Avenue, 7th Street and Avenue
A in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, and being incorporated as
a non-profit corporation under the name of First Methodist Church
of Fort Pierce, Inc.
~ ITEM SIX
I give and bequeath unto BLANCHE SMITH my remaining
diamond dinner ring and my set of "Johnson Brothers" dishes.
And in the event I am survived by my dog, "~oby", and the said
Blanche Smith takes and assumes responsibility for him, I give
and bequeath unto the said Blanche Smith the further sum of One
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00).

f parts, one part of which shall~be forty-five per cent (45$)

~ of said residuary estate, the second part of which shall be
thirty-five per cent (35$) of said residuary estate, and the '

third part of which shall be the remaining twenty per cent ~
(20$) of said residuary estate. Within the first and largest
of said parts, I direct my Personal Representatives to include,
all of the real estate situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, of
which I may die the owner and not hereinbefore devised to the

= extent, however, that the aggregate value of such real property

~ at the time of my demise does not exceed the 45$ limitation.
