Should there be any such excess in value of real property
owned by me at my demise, I direct my Personal Representatives
to cause an appropriate adjustment, by way of deletion of one
or more parcels or by some other means of equitable adjustment.
A. I give, devise and bequeath the part of my residuary
estate comprising 458 thereof unto my grandson, HARRY JAN~S .
KICLITER, JR.
B. I give, devise and bequeath the part of my residuary
estate comprising 35$ thereof unto my daughter, ETHEL P. KICLITER.
C. I give, devise and bequeath the part of my residuary
estate comprising 20$ thereof unto SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
in trust, nevertheless, for the uses and purposes, upon the
terms and conditions, and with the powers and duties hereinafter
stated. .
C-1. The Trustee shall divide the trust into as
many equal parts as there are children of Harry James
- Kicliter, Jr., living at my death; and each such part
shall constitute a separate trust for the use and benefit
~ of each of said children.

~ C-2. With respect to each such trust hereby

` established, my Trustee shall accumulate, invest and
reinvest, the net income from each such trust for the

benefit of the beneficiary for whom such trust shall have ;
been set apart until such beneficiary shall attain the
age of twenty-five (25) years, at which time the trust ;
~
estate, both principal and income, shall be paid to such
~ beneficiary; provided, however, after any such beneficiary
~ completes his or her high school education, the net in-
~
come thereafter accumulated by the trust estate shall be
~
~ distributed to such beneficiary not less often than
~ quarter-annually. In addition, my Trustee shall at any ~
