time it may deem necessary, pay to or for such beneficiary,
(or to the legal representative or guardian of any such
beneficiary) so much of the corpus and accumulated income
of the trust held for that beneficiary as it may in its

sole discretion deteremine to be necessary for the edu-
cation, support, maintenance and medical expenses of such
beneficiary, giving due regard to the other means of support
of such beneficary. In the creation of these trusts, i
am motivated by a desire to aid and encourage the children
of Harry James Kicliter, Jr., to pursue their education
above and beyond the high school level.
C-3. In the event any such child for whom a share
is held in trust hereunder dies before attaining the age
of 25 years, leaving issue then surviving, that trust
shall terminate, and the Trustee shall cause that trust
` estate to be transferred, paid over and delivered unto the
legal representative of such issue. In the event any such
child for whom a trust has been created hereunder shall

~ die, without issue, and before attaining the age of 25

~ years, his or her trust estate shall be paid over and

~ distributed to the surviving children of Harry James
Kicliter, Jr.; provided, however, if any of such surviving
children shall then have any other property held in trust
for him or her under the provisions of this Will, then his
or her share shall be added to, merged and administered
with and disposed of in the same manner as such other
property so held in trust for him or her.

~ C-4. Notwithstanding any provision in this Will

~ to the contrary, each and every trust created by this `

~ Will shall terminate and the assets thereof shall be ~
