therefrom, not later than twenty-one (21) years after

and DEBORAH ANN KICLITER.
` C-5. With respect to each trust ~state, the Trustee
without notice to anyone or order of court, shall have
and may exercise all of the powers of Trustees prescribed
by Section 737.402, Florida Statutes. ~
ITEM EIGHT
I direct that no person or persons dealing with my
Personal Representatives or Trustee shall be under any duty to
notice or inqui~re into its power or authority to do any act done
or requested to be done in the performance of its duties hereunder,
nor shall any such person be under any liability to see to the

~ proper application or disposition of the purchase price of any

~ property sold by it, or to see to the proper disposition of any
E money or property lent or delivered to it. '

ITEM NINE
I nominate, constitute and appoint ETHEL P. KICLITER and
HARRY JAMES KICLITER, JR. as Personal Representatives of this
my Will, each to serve without bond. If, for any reason, either
shall fail to qualify, the other shall be the sole Personal
Representative. If both of the named Personal Representatives

a fail to qualify, I appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY as

alternate Personal Representative. I hereby vest in my Personal
