the Southerly 628.09 feet of Fractional Sections
4 and 5, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, all as measured along
the center line of State Road AlA, runninq from
Ocean to River, together with all riparian and
littoral riqhts thereunto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining. '
6. If the total sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing sub-
sequent to this judgment are not paid M+~n thrQe

, the clerk of this Court shall sell the property

at public sale on ~3l 1977, between 11:00 A.M.,
and 2:00 P.M., to the highest bidder for cash, except as set
forth hereinafter, in the lobby of the St. Lucie County Court-

~ with section 45.041, Florida Statutes.
7. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs
of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the clerk
~ if Plaintiff is not the purchaser of the property at the sale.
If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the clerk shall credit Plain-
tiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs accru-
ing subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is nec-

essary to pay the bid in full.
