and JAMES S. TAYLOR, not individually but only as Trustees
of BARNETT-WINSTON INVESTMENT TRUST, and all persons claiming
under or against ~~_aince the filing of the notice of lis
pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim in the property
and the purchaser at the saZe shall be let into possession
of the property.
10. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter
further orders as are proper including, without limitation,
writs of assistance and deficiency judgments. ~
