This cause having come on before me upon plaintiffs'
motion for the appointment of a guardian ad litem, attorney
ad litem and administrator ad litem for-the defendants John T.
Kelly, a/k/a J. T. Kelly and Jno. T. Relly, Francis P. Kelly ~
i and Adele Kelly, or any of them, for all unknown defendants
