service of the United States of America or are incompetent, or
whether any of said defendants, other than John T. Kelly, a/k/a
J. T. Kelly and Jno. T. Kelly, Francis P. Kelly and Adele Kelly,
are minors, and it further appearing to this Court that the
appointment of a guardian ad litem, attorney ad litem and admin-
istrator ad litem is necessary in this cause, it is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that /Q l?C~-~e e~L ZLT" ,
Esquire, an attorney learned in the law, be and he is hereby ~
appointed as guardian ad litem, attorney ad litem and administrator
ad litem for the defendants John T. Kelly, a/k/a J. T. Relly and
Jno. T. Kelly, Francis P. Kelly and Adele Kelly, or any of them,
residences and addresses unknown; and for all unknown defendants
claiming an interest by, through, under or against the said
John T. Kelly, a/k/a J. T. Kelly and Jno. T. Relly, Francis P.
Kelly and Adele Kelly, residences and addresses unknown; and for
all unknown defendants having or claiming to have any right,
title or interest in the property described as follows:
That parce~l of land in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying South of State
Road 70 (Okeechobee Road), any portion of which lies within
the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the South 1/2 of
I~ ~ the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 19 described
as follows: .

Beginning at the intersection of the West right of way ~
~ line of McNeil Road and the South right of way line
of State Road 70 (Okeechobee Road) run thence Southwesterly
along the said South right of way line of State Road
70 a distance of 742.69 feet; thence run Southeasterly
to a point on the South line of the NW 1/4 of said Section
19 which is 410.99 feet We~t of the West right of way
line of McNeil Road; thence run East along said quarter-
section line to the West right of way line of McNeil
Road; thence run North along said West right of way
line of McNeil Road to the point of beginning. The
South 20 feet of the foregoing described land is subject
,3 to a nonexclusive perpetual easement of ingress and
egress, the said 20 feet being measured at right angles
and parallel to said one-quarter section line.
