ORDER ASSESSING INTEREST
The defendant, MARY JOSEPHINE PETERS I,OUIS, as owner of
of Parcel 110, having moved for the entry of an order for pay-
ment of interest, and it appearing to the Court that said defen-
dant is entitled to interest on the difference between the deposit .
made by plaintiff and the full compensation as assessed by the
jury, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that interest is hereby assessed
against the plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, in the sum of Forty-One
Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine and 06/100 Dollars, ($41,799.06);
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff, DIVISION OF AD- ~
MINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT~OF TRANSPORTATION, ~
be and it is hereby directed to immediately deposit the sum of
