HICKS, ) Wife ) and ) ) RANDOLPH HICKS, ) ) Husband ) ) FINAL JUDGMENT DISS IAGE THIS CAUSE CAME on for trial on the 21st day of April, 1977 - and the Court having given full consideration to all the testimony and evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I 1. The marriage between BETTY B. HICKS and RANDOLPH HICKS be E - 4 and the same is hereby dissolved. The parties and each of them ~ ~ " are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them. 2. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is hereby retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
