D~SSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause cazne on for trial the 21st day of April, 1977 and the
Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and ~

determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between•the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJLiDGED as follows:
1. The marriaqe between VEON B. SPENCER and MARTHA L. SPENCER
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~

them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

2. Custody of STEVE SPENCER, minor child of the parties, is
hereby awarded to MARTHA L. SPENCER with reasonable visitation rights reserved ~
to VEON B. SPENCER.
3. Coam~encing Friday, April 22, 1977 VEON B. SPENCER shall pay ~
, ~
to MARTHA L. SPENCER the swn of $35 each and every week for the support of ~
the child named above. ~
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted.to MARTHA L. SPENCER. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
