COME NOW the Defendants, SETTLE & ASSOCIATES, INC.,
MARTIN L. BLATT, individually, and as Trustee, and take and
enter their Interlocutory Appeal to the Fourth District Court
of Appeals of Florida to review the Order of the Circuit Court
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie
County, Florida bearing the date of the 13th day of April,
1977 and recorded in Official Records Book 266 and
Page 1957 on April 13, 1977. The nature of the Order appealed
