This cause coming on for trial on the Counterclaim of
HUTCHINSON-CRISLIP GI,ASS CO., INC., filed herein, and Charles E.
Becht, Esquire, being present representing his client who was
likewise present and John Graham, Esquire, being present represen-
ting his client SENTRY INDEMNITY COMPANY, and the Court hearing
testimony of the Counterclaimant, HUTCHINSON-CRISLIP GI.ASS CO.,
INC., herein and having reviewed the file herein, and no evidence
being presented other than that of the Counterclaimant, and the
Court hearing argument of counsel, it is .
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That HUTCHINSON-CRISLIP GLASS CO., INC., has proven
its claim of Iien herein in the principal amount of $1,175.00.
2. Tha~ said Counterclaimant is entitled interest
thereon at the rate of six (670) percent from the date of his
invoice, July 31, 1973, to the date hereof, in the amount of
$262.10.
3. That the Counterclaimant is entitled to costs
expended herein, in the amount of $52.50, and Counterclaimant's
attorney, Charles E. Becht, Esquire, is entitled to a fee of
twelve and one-half (12 1/2%) percent of said total, in the
CHARLESE.BECHT amount of $186.20, making a total award to the Counterclaimant
