THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the ~
Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery, and JAY W. MOLYNEAUX,
Esquire, and BEN BRYAN, JR., Esquire being present and representing
the Plaintiff and Defendant, respectively, and the Court having

heard argument of counsel and being fully advised in these
premises,
IT IS ORDERED:
1. That the Defendant,MARY LOU PHILLIPS, shall
answer the questions propounded to her by the Plaintiff and in
j so doing, shall not waiver her constitutional privileges against ~ i
° ~
~ self-incrimination, and may assert said privileges in response
~ to questions at her discr~tion; and,
,
2. That in the event that said questions are
not fully and frankly answered, the Plaintiff may move for, and
this Court shall consider imposing sanctions as provided by law.
