covenanta; agree~aents, stipulatione, modifications and condicions
on the paYt of the Mortgagor in said mortgage and said notes. to
be performed as contained therein~ vith the full force~and effect
as if the additional loa~ and the repayment provieions set forth
herein and in the Tfiird Note had been aet forth a~d specifically
secured by refereace on the face of the mortgage instrument. -
7. The said noted dated August 27, 1968, the Second Noce dated
- March 16, 1973~ the Third Note dated April 1977. and the
mortgage dated Auguet 27~ 1968. securing said notes shall be and
remain in full force and effect in all respects and nothing herein
shall affect, impair~ alter or di~inish the terms or conditions,
lien or encucnbrances of the said awrtgage and notes or any right_
and povers which the Mortgagee may have hereunder Eor the re-
covery of said mortgage debt and interest, other than as ex-
pressly stated in thia agreement.
8. The note dated Auguat 27, 1968, the Second Note dated March 16, 1973,
the Third Note dated April 1977, and the awrtgage dated
August 27~ 1968, are incorporated herewith and made part hereof
by reference thereto with the same force and effect as though
same vere herein set forth a[ length. ~
