PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of
the above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, B. JEANNETTE MORRELL, a
resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 30, 1976, and
Letters of Administration were-issued to Petitioner on Apri7~ 27, 1976~.
2. Petitioner has filed herein Waivers of
Accountinq and Service af Petition for Discharge and Consent to
Discharge of Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate,
by makinq payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and
debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for
the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate ;
; tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the
Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained

and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this
estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes,

5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make

j distribution of the assets of this estate as set forth in the ~

~ schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
