constructively by publication of Notice of Suit for Partition, and ~

that none of the Defendants have filed.responsive pleadings or made.

any appearance within the time set forth in the Notice of Suit, and

that the Plaintiff is not able to determine whether any of the named

Defendants are in the military service of the United States of America '

or whether certain of them are minors or otherwise incompetent, and it
