ORDER COMPELLING DISCOVERY
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this 12th day of April
1977, upon Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Production, Answers to ~
Admissions and Interrogatories, and the Court having heard the
argumaent of the counsel and being otherwise fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendant, FOOD FAIR STORES~ INC.. shall produce
its certificate of self insurance as requested on November 18,
1976. .
2. That the Defendant, FOOD_FAIR STORES, INC., produce
a copy of the lease between LANDIS LEASING, INC. and FOOD FAIR
STORES, INC. as requested on November 16. 1976.

3. That the Defendant,~DANA EUGENE DAVIS, produce an

~ automobile liability policy as requested in the Motion to Produce
f on November 16, 1976.

~ i driving logs for Ma 4, 1976, Ma 5, 1976, Ma 6 1476 and Ma 7

EUGENE DAVIS to provide a copy of the statement given to his
