days or they will be de~med admitted.
9. That the Defendant. FOOD FAIR STORES, INC., answer -
the Request for Admissions dated January 17, 1977. within ten (10)
days or they will be deemed admitted.
10. That the Defendants provide the Plaintiffs with a cop
of Dr. Ronald S. Grober's report concerning an independent medica
examination performed by him on Ralph Brin and Rose Brin on
February 1, 1977. It is,
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants shall
