THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing this 19th day of
April, 197'J, and all~concerned partiea being present and/or
represented by their respective counsel, and the Court being fully
adviaed:
FINDS AND DETERMINES:
1. BANDY LIGHTWEIGHT ROOFING AND SUPPLY COMPANY, INC.,
pursuant to a contract with KENNETH I. VAN COTT, JR., HARRY M.
FERGDSON and CARI, L. CROFT, d/b/a VAN COTT, FERGUSON and CROFT,
a Florida General Partnership, supplied insulation e~nd labor.
2. That BANDY was to receive $2,000.00 to perform said
contract.
3. That the Partnership never paid BANDY said sum of
money.
I 4. That BANDY co~nplied with the lien law in the State ~
of Florida and has a valid claim of lien which was filed November 8,

1973 in Official Record Book 220, Page 2102 of the Public Recorda of

` St. Lucie County, Florida.
NOW IT IS T$EREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGID
That BANDY LIGHT1AfEIGflT ROOFI~IG AND SIIPPLY COMPANY, INC.
~ recovers from RENN~TH I. VAN COTT,_JR., HARRY M. FERGUSON and

~ CARZ I,. CROFT, d/b/a VAN COTT, FERGIISON and CROFT, a Florida
~ General Partnership, the sum of ~2,000.00 with 6~ interest from
