the Defendant's Motion for Rehearing on the issue of homestead ~
exemption as relates to the property levied upon, the Court

being fully advised in the premises and argument of counsel

~ having been heard, the Court finds: _

1. That Case Number 75-998 CA and 76-584 CA should not -

' be consolidated before me due to the defendant's objection based
~
:i on a prior adverse ruling.

~ !i 2. That these cases would properly be the subject of

~ consolidation beforP the Judge assigned to the Domestic Relations
~
f ii case number 75-998 and the issues raised in other motions in-

~ cluding the plaintiff's request for attorney's fees and new

~ judgment should be heard by the Judge assigned to case number
~ 75-998 CA.

~ 3. That the defendant's Motion for Rehearing on the
issue of homestead exemption for the property levied upon, raises

no new issues and said defendant is therefore not entitled to a

rehearing. ~
