This cause having come on this day for hearinq on Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment of Foreclosure on pla~intiff's amended
complaint and the evidence offered in support of such amended
complaint, and the Court having_noted the Answers filed herein by
the defendants Eagle Finance Corp. and The United States of America,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon
consideration, ~
ORDERED AND ApJUDGED:
l. That'due and legal service of process_has been had upon
each of the defendants in this cause; that the dePaults previously
~ entered in this cause against the Defendants Georqe Dix and Ruth
Dix, his wife, are hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court has
. jurisdiction o~ the subject matter of this cause and the parties

E hereto; that the allegations contained in the complaint have been
~ proved by cot~petent evidence and that the evuities in this cause

~ are with the plaintiff.

~ 2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this cause

` constitutes a valid lien upon the property hereinafter described,

~ suhject only to the prior lien of First Federal Savings and Loan

~ Association of Fort Pierce, by reason of its first mortgaqe dated
` December 12, 1975, recorded in O. R. Rook 246 at page 2292 of the

public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the n+ortgage owned ;
and held by the Plaintiff is in default as alleged in the complaint.
