and this Court finds and decrees that sum proper to be allowed for
the services of Plaintiff's attorney, which sum is also due and owing.
4. That there is due the plaintiff upon the mortgage and promissory
note secured thereby which are the subject matter of this cause the
following sums:
Principal due on promissory note 55,132.61
Interest on principal to date 369.57
Advances to protect mortgaqe security 2,627.76
Costs of Suit 67.00
Sub-Total $8,1t6.94

The above itemized sums are now due and owing to the plaintiff and
in addition such further sums as may be paid by the plaintiff for
Court costs, plus interest at six per cent (6$) per annum from
the date of this final judgment of foreclosure until paid, and any
further sums paid in connection with this suit.
5. The plaintiff has a lien~to secure payment of the
above itemized sums against the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:

~ Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block M, according to Plat of
~ HARMONY HEZGHTS ADDITION, which plat was filed
~ December 3, 1947, and recorded in Plat Book 8,
~ page 38, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
