6. That unless the defendants, or any of them, shall pay the ~
plaintiff or its attorneys the sum specified in Paragraph 4, and
any other costs of this suit as mentioned in that paragraph, the
Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice as required by '
595.031 of the Florida Statutes, as amended, is directed to sell
the mortgaqed premises as described in Paragra~ph 8 above to the
hiqhest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the East door
of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free,
clear and discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances,
riqhts, equities and-interest of the defendants, with the exception
of the right of redemption accorded The United States of America under
28 U.S.C. 52410(c), allowing it 120 days from the date of sale within
which to redeem the foreclosed real property, the sale to be held at

11:00 A: M, on the Io~ day of ~R, , 1977, as provided `
by §45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
7. The Plantiff ma_y bid at the sale and if the plaintiff ~is F
the successful bidder, it shall be entitled to credit•on its-bid up
to the full amount due under this final judgment of foreclosure.
