Purchaser, by acr.c:ptance and c~xecution oF this Receipt,
acknowledges that this purchase o1' a conclominium unit at OCEAN
VILLIIGC OI' }IUiC~iINSON ISI,AND is subjec~ in every respect to the
1)ec:larntion of Condominium as to tl~e condominium in which l~is unit
is located and ~xhibits attached thereto, including but not limitE~d
to (~,r}~ether the same are attached to the pecl~lxation or referred to
therein), the IIy-Lac~s of thc: As3oci~tion, Articles of I~corporation,
~he Itules and Regulations, copy of ~X'Q~E'C~C:C~ operating budget, cony
of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser,
and all Amendments to' the aforesaid DE~claration and Exhibits and t}ic~
Articles ot Incorporation, IIy-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
ftirther acknowledges reccipt of and reading and er.amination of said
Declaration, its Ex}~ibits, ~1nd budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
anc~ ackiioc~ledges that cach and every provision of the foregoing is
essential to the successful op~ration and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the best interests and for the--bcnefit oE
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
cvery provision of said Declaration of Condominium and E~:hibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and co~ifirms and approve~
all af the terms and nrovisions of said Declaration of Condominium
and ~xhil~it~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessm~~nt under
the Property Owners' Association documents re£erred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur--
chaser acknocaledges and confirms that tlie Declaration of Coven~znts
ancl Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has~encun~bered
and ir:~pressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel bcing conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for ~ii~ obligations under th~ said Declara-
