TO IiAVE AND TO HOLD_the above granted and bargained premises~

their successor trustees as long as the premises in its entirety.is ~
used for the purpose of public worship as a Friends Church affiliated
with and worshipping according to the Discipline of Evangelical Friends
Church, Eastern Region, and no longer and if and when the premises
cease thus to be used to revert to the grantor. ,
Full power and authority is granted to said Trustees and
their successor trustees, when ~oined by the-Grantor, to mortgage the
above granted premises to Stuart National Bank, a national banking
association, at such rates and terms as said Trustees may deem
appropriate, free from the above restriction, i.e. "as long as the
premises in its entirety is used for the purpose of public worship as
a Friends Church affiliated with and worshipping according to the
Discipline of Evangelical Friends Church, Eastern Region, and no
longer and if and when the premises cease thus to be used to revert
to the Grantor."
And the said Grantor does for itself and its successors and
assig~s covenant with the said Grantees and their successor trustees,
that at and until the ensealing of these presents,.it is well seized of
; the above-described premises, as a good and indefeasible estate in ~
