This corrective warranty deed is being recorded to correct ~
that certain warranty deed irom Grantor to Graatees recorded in
O.B. Book262 ~ page 2~84~ St. Lucie County, Florida, public records~
by including therein the trust powers granted to said Trustees and
their successor trustees.
