Rcstrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchascr
further acknowledyes receipt of and reading and examination oE said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and iloor plan,
and acknowledges that eacl~ and every provision of the forcqoing is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the best in~erests and for the benef iC af
all the owners therein. Purchaser and ~11 owners of parcels in thc
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and appro~~es
