THIS MORTGAGS DEED
Executed the day of January A.D. 1975 by WAYNE CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, a Florida Corporationj PAN CARIB ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida
Corporation; and WAYNE U. SINES, JR. and PATRICIA A. SINES, his wife,
hereinafter called the mortgagors, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America,
with its permanent postoffice address at P.O. Box 970, Fort Pierce, . .
Florida, 33450, hereinafter called the mortgagee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "mortqaqor" and "mortgagee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assiqns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corporations; and the term "note"
includes all the notes herein described if more than one. The
singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular.)
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable consideration, and also
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note of

bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee
all the certain land of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
