PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MITCHELL DOMIN, the
holder of a mortgage given by THE KING~LEY CORPORATION to JOHN
L. TURPIN, dated June 21, 1968, recorded in Official Records
Book 1~2, at page 2230 on July 17, 196a, amongst the Public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, has released the property,
- as described in the one page Exhibit "A" attachecl hereto and made
a part hereof, from the lien and effect of said mortgage.
