MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
Re: Real Estate situated in St. Lucie County, Florida
legally described as:
The South 38.1 feet of Lot 13 and the North 25.40
feet of Lot 15, Block 3, SUNRISE TERRACE SUBDIVISION,
as recorded in Plat Book~S, Page 55, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, HARRY DIJKHUIS is the Owner of a first
mortgage encumbering the above described real property -bearing
date of December 20, 1973, recorded in O. R. Book 222, page 200,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, securing a promissory
note therein described; the same having a balance due December 20,
1974 in the aggregate sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00); ~
and ~
WHEREAS, the Parties hereto entered into a Mortgage ~
Modification Agreement on'February 26, 1975, recorded in O. R.
Book 236, Page 2450, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,revising the terms of payment thereof; and `
WHEREAS, the parties hereto for mutual considerations ~
~ wish to revise the terms of payment thereof; €

~ THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED that the unpaid balance of
~ said indebtedness upon the date of this Agreement is Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00), and that the undersigned hereby promises
; to pay said amount on or before April 15, 1978, with interest at
~ the rate of 10$ per annum, interest payable monthly.
; In all other respects said~note and mortgage shall ;
; remain in full force and effect, and the undersigned promises
; to pay said indebtedness as herein stated and t perform all of
~ the obligations of said mortgage as herein re '
