2. That on the defendant's claim agai~st the ,

plaintiffs', the unrecorded contract, the sub~ect matter of this ;

suit, be and the same is hereby rescinded, set aside and held for
~naught and the plaintiffs' right and title in and to said pr,emises
are hereby restored to the plaintiffs, JOHN S. SIMS and EDNA SIMS,
his Nife, ~ust as fulY and to the same extent as if no such
contract had ever been made or entered into and the defendant, ~

BETTY ELLEN SHEPHERD, is hereby relieved from any and all con-
• sequences of every nature, kind or description on account of any
such contract.
3. That the defendant, BETTY ELLEN SHEPHERD, do have
and recover from the plaintiffs, JOHN S. SIMS and EDNA SIMS,
his wife, the sum of a4,980.00 for which sum let execution issue.
