WHEREAS, On October 10, 1972, AQUA RABELLA, INC., a Florida ~

corporation gave a mortgage to First Bank and Trust Company of F

Boca Raton, covering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, F

said mortgage being recorded in Official Records Book 209, Page ~
2311, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, and

WHEREAS, said mortgage was assigned to the J~NSEN B~ACH BAN K
. a Florida banking corporation, by Assignment dated Map 18, 1976 ' ~
and recorded in Official Records Book 252, page 13?1, St. Lucie ~
County, Florida public records, and
WI~REAS, the parties are desirous of amending said mortgage.
NOW, T~REFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDBRATION of the mutual
promises made herein, and One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the parties agree as follows:
1. Tha.t the outstanding balance on said note, including
interest, as of April 10, 19??, is $47,000.00.
2. The note is amended to be due on or before April 10, ~

1978. The note is further amended to provide that interest will
~ be paid quarterly commencing June 30, 197?. .
