HomeMy WebLinkAbout0048 corporation; and N.C.R CORPORATION, on the following described property, situate and beinq in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: The East 94.5 feet of Lots 13 and 14, in Block 2 of GOLDSMITH'S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 49 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein, repZacements thereof and additions thereto. 4. If the total sum with interest at the rate of 10$ per annum, as set forth in Plaintiff's note and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment are not paid within three (3) days from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the prooerty at public sale on , , 19 77 , at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder r cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the front door of the Courthouse, St. Lucie County,~ in Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. _ - 5.
