MINATEE and MISSOURI MINATEE, his wife; CLIFFORD BARNES; S~ATE OF
FLOFtIDA, DEPT. OF REVENUE; HILL BROS., INC. d/b/a HILL BROS.
WHOLESALE GROCERY CO., a Florida corporation; and N.C.R.
CORPORATION are Defendant S, I will sell to the
highest and best bidder for cash at the front door -
of the St. Lucie ~ County Courthouse in Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. on the

property as set forvfi in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 94.5 feet of Lots 13 and 14, in Block 2 of
GOLDSMITH'S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 49 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the
improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and
equipment contained therein, replacements thereof and
additions thereto.
