ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard upon Husband's Petition for Visi- "
tation, before the Honorable Philip G. Nourse, on the 22nd day
of April, 1977, and the Court having been fully advised,_it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Temporary custody of the minor child, TAMMY WYRICK,
remain with MARY LOUISE WYRICK, Wife.
2. Wife shall not leave said minor child in the care or
custody of another person for periods of more than twenty-four (24)
hours without prior notification to the Husband.
~ 3. Husband shall have visitation rights on alternate
~ weekends, commencing on Friday, April 29, 1977. Visitation shall

be from Friday at 4:00 P.M. until the following Sunday at 7:00 P.M.
4. Husband shall have visitation rights for alternate
holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
5. Husband shall have visitation rights with said minor
~ child for a six week summer vacation commencing at 4:00 P.M. on

~ July 1, 1977, and ending on August 14, 1977, at 7:00 P.M.
~ This Order shall remain in full force and effect until `r
