I, ALBERT F. HAEBE, residing in the Villaqe of Smith-
town, Townshfp of Smithtown, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, being of sound mind and full aqe and not under
restraint, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I gfve and bequeath: _
(a) To my grandson, CRAIG HAEBE of 9 Hofstra Drive,
Smithtown, New York, the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00)
DOLLARS, if he shall survive me;
(bj To my qrandson, MARK HAEBE, of 9 Hofstra Drive,
Smithtown, New York, the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00)
DOLLAR~, if he shall survive me; `
(c) To my qrandson, SCOTT HAEBE, of 12Z92 West Ohio
Place, Denver, Colorado, the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00)
DOLLARS, if he~survives•mej •
(d) To my qrandson, KEITH HAEBE, of 12292 West Ohio
Place, Denver, Colorade, the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00)
DOLLARS, he he shall survive me;
(e) To my grandson, TODD HAEBE, of 12292 West Ohio
Place, Denver, Colorado, the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00)
DOLLARS, he he survives me;
(f) To my step-daughter's adopted son, of 6 Kassaba
Lane, Spanish Lakes, Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of TWO -
THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS, if he shall survive me.
SECOND: Al1 the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, both real, and personal, of every nature and where-
ever situate, of which Z may die seized or possessed, Z give,
