(c) The receipt of the ~erson or corporation
to rahom any principal or income shall be transferred and
paid over pursuant to any of the above provisions shall
completely discharqe my Executor or Trustee from all lia-
bility with respect to any assets so transferred and paid
over and my Executor or Trustee shall have no obliqation
to see to the use or application of any s~ch payment or
to make inquiry with respect to any other resources or
income of the beneficiary prior to making any such payment.
SIXTH: I authorize and empower my Executor herein
named to sell at either public or private sale, either for
cash or on credit or partly for cash and partly on credit,
and to lease, mortgage and exchange any and all property
whether real or personal at any time held hereunder and to
qrant options in respect of the same upon such terms and

i conditions as he may deem fit and to make, execute and de-

' liver such conveyances, bonds, mortgages or assiqnments as
~ may be proper for such purpose.

~ SEVENTH: I direct that no bond.be required of either
~ my son, ALBERT J. HAEBE, as Executor or Trustee or of iny
son, BERNARD M. HAEBE, as Substitute.Executor and Substitute
Trustee. ~ ,
EIGHTH: I authorize and empower my Executor to sue on,
~ defend, adjust, compromise and settle any claim for taxes
~
~ against my estate, on such terms as to him shall seem best
~
~ and his decision shall be final and bindinq on all parties
~
~ in interest.
