I, GEORGE H. MOOD, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~hereby make, publish and declare this as and to be my Last Will
,and Testament, hereby revoking any Wills and Codicils at any time
'heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE ONE
I direct that all of my legal debts not barred by the
~statutes of the State of Florida be paid as promptly as practi-
:cable. "
ARTICLE TWO ~
I give all tangible personal property, including my
- °wardrobe, my cameras and projectors, and any automobile that I
may own at the time of my death, to my beloved wife, LINDA M.
'~MOOD. I acknowledge that the furnishings of our residence in
Port St. Lucie, Florida are the property of my wife. In the
'event that my wife, LINDA M. MOOD, should predecease me, I direct
that this gift shall lapse and I give all tangible personal
I property assets of my estate to my daughters surviving me, share

Al1 the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,

divide into One Hundred (100) approximately equal shares, and I

A. I give Twenty (20) shares to my beloved wife, ~
~ LINDA M. MOOD. In the event that my wife shall
.predecease me, I direct that her share shall
lapse and the shares of my daughters su~viving me
~ be increased on a pro rata basis.
~ B. I give Twenty (20) shares to my daughter, PEGGY
~ ANN GABLE, presently of Sheridan, Wyoming, per
~ stirpes.
C. I give Twenty (20) shares to my daughter, MARY
JANE STAUFFER, presently of Landisville, Pennsyl- -
vania, per stirpes.
