~.then remaining principal, together with any accumulated income,
shall be paid over to the estate of such minor. The authority
conferred by this Article shall be construed as a power only, and
'shall not operate to suspend the absolute ownership of such
property by such minor or to prevent the absolute vestinq thereof
' in such minor. Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, such
fiduciary or fiduciaries shall not be required to render and file
annual accountings with respect to property so held under this •
'Article. With respect to any such property which shall vest in
absolute ownership in a minor or minors, but which shall be held
:by such fiduciary or fiduciaries as authorized by this Article,
such fiduciary or fiduciaries shall have all the powers conferred
by the provisions of this Will, including, without limitation,
`the power to retain, invest and reinvest, without being limited
to investments authorized by law for trust funds.
ARTICLE FIVE
I hereby empower and authorize my personal represen- •
tative to do all things which may be deemed desirable or expedient
for the advantageous administration and distribution of my estate,
without authorization, direction, confirmation or approval of any
I court, and that furthermore, my named personal representative
shall have full power to sell, convey, lease or mortgage any and

? all real estate of which I may die seized, without license or

~ leave of court, and to sell any and all personal property which

~ may be part of my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise

settle and adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands
whatsoever, against or in favor of my estate, and to make distri-
bution of my estate in cash or in kind, or partly in cash and

partly in kind, and to allocate assets other than ratably in

~ ~ makiny any such distribution; and I direct my personal represen-

~ tative to do each and every thing or act proper in the full and
~
~ complete administration of my estate.
