'NANCY DRESCHER, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will
~~and Testament. In the event she should predecease me or fails to ~
`serve for any reason, or having qualified dies or resigns before
~:the administration of my estate has been completed, then I nominate,
~constitute and appoint my daughter, MARY JANE STAUFFER, as Personal' ~
Representative of this my Last Will and Testament. My Personal
~Representative shall not be required to post bond for the faithful
~performance of her service in any jurisdiction. Without limiting
'in any way the unrestricted powers of my above-named Personal
.~Representatives to act for my estate, I note that my life-long
friend and business associate, CARL W. LEAMAN, SR., of York,
:Pennsylvania, should be relied on for his guidance in settling
`the affairs of my estate.
