This cause having come on to be heard before the cdurt, and
the court being fu21y advised in the premises, on the evidence
presented it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. As to the mortgage dated September 13, 1973, recorded
in O.R. Book 455, page 255, public records of Indian River County,
Florida, which martgage was subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff,
C. B. GRIMSLEY, on October 25, 1973, said Plaintiff is due the sum
of $448.33 as principal, 9~ ~~as interest to the date

of this Judgment, $,~j' C~ for attorney's fees, togethe *

with $ 3 ~~J as court costs now taxed, making a total sum

2. As to the mortgage dated December 21, 1973, recorded
in O.R. Book 459, paqes 884-886, public records of Tndian River
County, Florida, and also recorded in O.R. Book 226, pages 1099-
' 12Q1, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which martgage .
was subsequently assiqned to the Plaintiff, C. B. GRIMSLEY, on De-
cember 21, 2973, said Plaintiff is due $1,300.00 as principal,

5359.47 as real estate taxes, making a total sum of $ 2
3. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum set out in Para-
. graphs 2 and 2 above superior to any claim or estate of the Defen-
dant, JEANNETTE SANDERS, on the following described property in
Indian River County, Florida:
