east, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. If the total sum found due on both mortgages herein sued ,
upon, with interest at the rate prescribed by law and all costs
of this action accruing subsequent to this ~udg~aent, are not paid
within three (3) days from this date, the Clerk of this court shall
sell the property located in Indian River~County, Florida, described

5. Should the sale as set out in Paragraph 4 above not result

by the Clerk of the St. Lucie County Court at public sale on
