full.
7. On filing the Certificate or Certificates of Title, each
Clerk shall distribute the proceeds of the sale, eo far as they
are sufficient, by payinq: first, all of Plaintiff's costa;
second, documentary stamps a~fixed to the certificate; third,
Plaintiff's attorney's fees; fourth, the total sum due to Plain-
tiff less the items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by
law from this date to the date of the sale; and by retaininq any
amount pending the further Order of this Court. -
8. On filing the Certificate or Certificates of Title, the
Defendant and all persons claiming under or against her since
the filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens, are foreclosed of all
estate or claim in the property and the purchaser at the sale sha12
be let into possession of the property.
9. Jurisdiction of this action is retained for the entry of
such further Orders as are proper, including, without limitation,
writs of assistance and deficiency judgments. ~
