This cause having come to be heard for final hearing on the
motion of the Plaintiff herein to determine the merits of the Plaintiff's
Complaint to forelcose a mortgage and evidence having been offered in

support of such Complaint, and the Court being fully advised in the ~
premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as foll.ows: '
1. That this Court has jurisdiction over this cause and
the subject matter of the parties.
2. That the default judgment previously entered in this ~
cause against the Defendant, is ratified and confirmed. _
3. That the Plaintiff has proved the material allegations
of its Complaint and the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff

~ and against the Defendant. ~ ~

j 4. That the mortgage herein sued upon by the Plaintiff i
~
~ was legally executed, acknowledged, delivered and recorded as
alleged in the Plaintiff's Complaint; that the mortgage note thereby
secured was also properly executed and delivered; an~ that the said
mortgage note and mortgage were and do constitute a valid and sub-
sisting lien upon the real property of the Defendant; MARY NELL WHITFIELD,
which property is hereinafter described. '
5. That default in making the payments of the principle ~
and interest on the said mortgage note constitutes a breach of the
~ ;
~ covenants of the mortgage herein sued upon. '

~ 6. That the Defendant, MARY NELL WHITFIELD, has defaulted in j

~ making the payments of the principle and interest upon the said mortgage
~ note and now owesthe Plaintiff on account of the principle and interest 3
