The undersigned petitioners allege: ~
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
residuary beneficiaries named in the last will and testament
of Ella F. Hansen, a/k/a Florence Hansen, deceased. Their 1
names and addresses are as set forth in Paragraph 3 hereof, and
the name and address of their attorney are as set forth at the ~

end of this petition. `

2. Decedent, Ella F. Hansen, a/k/a Florence Hansen, ~

whose last known address was 122 Mimosa Avenue, Colonial Beach,
Virginia, died April 17, 1976, at Ashland Convalescent Center,
Ashland, Virginia; and at the time of death decedent was domi-
ciled in Westmoreland County, Virginia. -
Ir - 3. The decedent was predeceased by her husband, George

F
~ Hanson, who died in Brooklyn, Rings County, New York, during
~
€ the month of August, 1956. The decedent was married to the
~ .
~ said George Hansen several years prior to May 17, 1954, and their
marriage was continuous and uninterrupted down to the date of
death of the said George Hansen.
4. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries i
of this estate, all of whom are over the age of 18 years, their ;
addresses and relationsbips to the decedent, are:
